How do i place a custom order?

  • To request a quote please fill out a custom order inquiry form. Once submitted you will receive a response confirming availability, order details and how to proceed. 

How much notice do you need for a custom order?

Orders require a minimum of 1-2 weeks’ notice but some weeks can book up months in advance so booking early is recommended 

Busiest time: summer, holidays, end of school year and communion/sacrament season.

Limited/No custom orders during major holidays when special sets are being offered. On occasion i can accommodate rush orders so never hesitate to inquire. Wait list is also available if your date is full. 

How do i pay for my order and is a deposit required?

A $25 non-refundable deposit is due within 48hrs of confirming availability in order to hold your spot. Bookings are on a first come basis and spots will not be held without a deposit. Please make sure to remember to send in your deposit on time or follow up to see if your date is still available prior to sending a deposit if the 48hrs has passed.

If you have already confirmed availability and your order details, you also have the option to pay the full amount upon placing your order for convenience.

Full balance must be paid by 2 weeks prior to your pickup date at the latest (failure to do so may result in delays to your order). Payment can be made via etransfer to cookiesbyo@gmail.com.


What is the minimum number of cookies I can order, and how many different designs can I select?

  • Custom sugar cookie orders, the minimum is a dozen regular cookies.

  • Mini sugar cookies the minimum is 2 dozen cookies (limited selection/)

  • Paint Your Own Cookies the minimum is 6.

Max of 4 designs for first dozen, 1 additional design for each additional dozen. Extra designs can be added for an additional fee.

How are your cookies packaged?

Cookies come unwrapped and packaged with care in clear clamshell bakery or cake boxes. Individual cookie wrapping and gift boxes are available for an additional fee (see products & pricing for more information) and can be added on your order inquiry form.

Can i change or cancel an order?

Any cancellations or changes to final order details must be made via email a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of your order pickup date. Deposits and payments are non-refundable but a credit may be held on file for future use with enough notice (based on availability).

What size are your cookies?

On average:

  • Regular standard size sugar cookies range between 3-4 inches. The size ranges depend on the cookie cutter used, and cookies are priced accordingly. 

  • Mini cookies are approximately 1.5-2 inches in size (limited selection)

  • Paint your own cookies are approximately 4.5-6 inches in size. The size ranges depend on the PYO cookie cutter used, and are priced accordingly. 

  • 3D standing name cookies stand approximately 5 inches tall and have a base cookie of approximately 4 inches wide. 


Are you a nut-free facility?

Please be aware that although our cookies do not contain nuts, we however are not a nut free facility and can not deem our cookies "Nut-Free". I cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from food allergies. 

How long do the cookies stay fresh for & how should i store them?

Cookies should be stored at room temperature in an air-tight container or individually wrapped for up to three weeks, but are best enjoyed within the first week. Cookies should not be stored in the fridge. For longer storage, cookies can be kept in an air tight container in the freezer for up to a year (just thaw inside the air tight container when ready to enjoy again).

What are the ingredients in your cookies?

What are your pickup hours?

My pickup days are on the Thursday-Saturday prior to your event date (unless otherwise requested* when booking).

Thursday Evenings - 4:30-8pm

Friday Afternoons - 12pm-3pm

Friday Evenings - 4:30pm-8pm

Saturday Morning (porch pickups) - 10am-12pm

*Please inquire about alternate pickup days/hours. Please note there are no pickups on Sundays & Mondays. Pickup requests for Tuesday & Wednesday (if available) will incur a $20 rush/priority fee.

Do you deliver or ship?

All orders are pickup only in Barrie, Ontario (Canada).
Unfortunately I do not deliver or ship.
Full address will be provided upon ordering. Major intersection is Ardagh road and Mapleton ave in Barrie, Ontario.
